A very crisp, precise and focussed Chablis. There is no doubting where this wine comes from. Not the heftiest or most concentrated Chablis but this is made up for the delicacy and lifted notes on the palate. White flowers on the nose, lemon acidity and a touch of grapefruit zest adding a bit more gravitas. Drink over the next two to three years.
