Our extra brut sparkling rosé is a brilliant shiny bronze hue with an incredible mousse of hundreds of beads of the finest bubbles. It has an amazing aroma, filled with fine yeast notes and ripe peach and pears and sweet honeysuckle. The mouth-feel is lush, vibrant and elegant. The finish is long with wonderful notes of yeasty lees, caramel, ripe lime and papaya. Playful acidity, classic minerality and refreshing CO2 extend from first sip to lingering finish.
