On the nose, Pago Valdebellón offers herbaceous notes of bay leaves, black tea, Mediterranean shrubs, thyme and cistus, with hints of paprika and a smokiness of roasted vegetables and chestnuts. On the palate it is tasty, clean and fragrant, with firm and very fine tannins that intensify over time, suggesting excellent aging potential.
