This is so rich and intense with tangy, yeasty sour dough, briny iodine, lots of fresh cashew and a hint of red apple. Lots of saline, cracker yeastiness here that lingers persistently in the creamy palate. Goes on and on for quite a few minutes. Bottled in 2020. Drink now.
