This is a very compact wine out of the gate with tart, racy acidity and the vivid, pure subtlety of biting into the crisp berry skin of a crunchy black cherry or Red Delicious apple. Pluribus is a vineyard rooted in Aiken loam soils on Spring Mountain, surrounded by conifer and redwoods.
