This is a fun, fruity and lighthearted blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Malvasia Bianca and 10% Fernão Pires (all organically farmed), that is unusual and welcoming. Inspired by Friuli, it shows elements of sea spray, oyster shell, apricot and dried herb, with a slaty, flinty persona. Virginie Boone
