Savor and deep, with terrific persistence, the Estate naturally does not offer the singularity of the vineyard designates, and yet it is a wonderfully complete wine. Dried herbs, tobacco, cedar crushed autumn leaves, plum and dark spice fill out the layers effortlessly.
