The Fabre family are passionate winemakers who have been perfecting their techniques and the foundations of their business for over fourteen generations in their historical birthplace in Corbieres-Boutenac. The family and their vineyards have grown since 1605, while remaining true to their land. They now own five chateaux in the Languedoc region of France. This amber wine exhibits light amber color with aromas of canteloupe and stonefruit. The palate is very dry and tannic, driven by mineral marl or chalky-character with a touch of grapefruit pilth.
