The GSM blend of the estate, the 2021 Parvata is deep ruby-hued and offers a deeper blackberry, almost blue-fruited style as well as lots of violets, scorched earth, and bouquet garni-driven aromatics. It's another gorgeous, seamless, full-bodied, textured wine from this estate. The blend is 46% Syrah, 39% Mourvedre, and 15% Grenache, all from the estate vineyard on Red Mountain, which will spend 18 months in just 15% new French oak.
