Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2018 Pinot Noir Black Road Vineyard takes its time to open to aromas of mulberries, cranberries, tree bark, tar and burnt citrus peel. The palate is medium-bodied and broody with earthy fruits, a firm, grainy frame and long, uplifted finish.
