Single 580 meter high altitude vineyard with 2-300 year old Pias (mission) vines. Organic and dry farmed this has an amazing aroma set of dried cherry, clay, smoky minerality, and a pretty rhubarb note. The palate is light like an Alpine red with pretty red berry fruits, loamy clay earth and earthy spice.
