The 2020 Cuvée Palomar is a blend of 53% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha, 13% Graciano and 4% Malbec from Sardón del Duero and was aged for two years in 20% new French and American oak barrels. Garnet with a purplish sheen. The nose presents plum, violets, sour cherry and subtle lactic and oaky notes. Dry and slightly lean with a juicy, delicate palate, it ends with a creamy flourish. This is a precise, rewarding red.
