The 2020 Riesling Schlossberg Grand Cru grows on granite with a little gneiss and benefits from the coolness of the altitude. A touch of green apple and a brighter, lighter citrus shines on the nose. It's beautifully cool, utterly stony, precise and concentrated, yet with the perfume of lemon, green pear and apple.
