2022 | Tessier Winery Skin-Contact Pinot Gris | Anderson Valley

Certified Organic & Demeter Biodynamically farmed Pinot Gris, from Filigreen Farm in Anderson Valley. Picked at 24 brix on 09/08/21, destemmed and left for five days on the skins, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Orange to peach color. Aromatics of plum, apricot and caramel with fleshy mouthfeel and tangerine pith on the finish.
