About This Wine

Cadus "Blend de las Alturas" is a high-altitude Malbec drawing on three distinct Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo sites, aged twelve months in French oak under winemaker Santiago Mayorga. Each vineyard lends its own signature to the blend.

Intense, blood-red Malbec. Agrelo contributes plum and violet with pronounced tannins; Los Chacayes brings intense spice — pennyroyal and mint — with raspberry; and Los Árboles adds tart black fruits like cassis and blackberry, a fluid texture and a backbone that lends remarkable length. Harmonious, elegant and complex.
