Weingut Hirsch Ried Gaisberg Riesling Erste OTW Lage, Kamptal DAC, Austria 2019

This great dry riesling still shows some funk (from wild ferment), but behind this is a wine with great depth and a very complex structure. With aeration the subtle stone-fruit and spice aromas slowly emerge. Amazing finish that shoots off into the heavens.
