Château Canon La Gaffelière (Premier Grand Cru Classe), acquired by Stephan Von Neipperg in 1971, sits on the southern slope of Saint-Emilion: a complex, outstanding terroir of clay-limestone and clay-sand soil. Les Hauts de Canon La Gaffelière is the estate's second wine, blended with 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
