The 2015 Château Tauzinat l'Hermitage has a refined, quite understated, but poised bouquet that blossoms in the glass, scents of briary and woodland coming through with aeration. The palate is precise on the entry, structured with good backbone, counterbalanced by exuberant blackberry and strawberry notes on the lightly spiced finish. This is a delightful Saint Émilion that should offer 15-20 years of pleasure.
