Pérol's Beaujolais Nouveau is made from 100% Gamay that has been hand-harvested and fermented whole-cluster in concrete tanks. The grapes are grown using biodynamic practices on soils of sandstone, sand and silt. The wine is fresh and fruity, meant to be enjoyed young, immediately after release.
