Henri Prudhon & Fils Chassagne-Montrachet 2020 France

This Chassagne has an incredibly ripe raspberry fruit character with a classic backbone of tannins which makes it a "vin de garde" or a cellar wine. Accessible in his youth, but he clearly has the structure to age another decade or more.
