This cuvée is made with the heart of the Mesnil terroir facing south, with vines with an average age of 38 years. This great wine is produced without malolactic fermentation to maintain all its chardonnay character and the aromatic notes of praline on the nose that are prolonged on the woody. The attack on the palate is beautiful with citrus aromas, in particular grapefruit, reinforced by the minerality of Mesnil. The flagship of our range, to be reserved for lovers of great champagnes with good persistence in the mouth.
