Vinculum means link or connection, and owner Paul Hobbs says the wine is a tribute to the best growers from whom he buys grapes. Fermented and aged in large oak foudres, the wine is subtly buttery, rich in fruit and yet finely balanced by good acidity. It’s creamy and full-bodied yet fresh at the same time.
