About This Wine
Viu Manent's Single Vineyard El Olivar Syrah comes from the El Olivar vineyard near the town of Peralillo in the Colchagua Valley, a mature site averaging around two decades of age.
Intense red with violet glints. The nose shows intense red fruit and spice with an elegant mineral note reminiscent of graphite. On the palate, blue fruit is joined by a hint of black and pink pepper, with firm, silky, well-integrated tannins and an elegant, balanced finish.
