The Combe d'Orveau is the sort of marginal site that has come into its own with climate change, producing fresh, balanced wines that are much more consistent than they once were. Aged in 30% new barrels, this is crisp yet concentrated, with subtle wood, haunting fragrance and layers of succulent berry fruit flavors.
