The deep, dark, virtually opaque color seems a little developed at the rim. The dark-fruit aromas are chocolatey, a touth leathery and very ripe. The palate shows opulent black-cherry, chocolate, vanilla & beautifully integrated cedary new-oak notes. The wine is full-bodied, chocolatey-smooth & velvety textured. Fresh acidity keeps the opulent, hedonistic, ripe, dark-fruit juicy to the end while warming alcohol enhances sweet-spice hints.
