Somewhat vegetal fragrance with first restrained, then more distinct yellow fruity aromas, herbaceous nuances, some capers, mushrooms, pistachios and earthy minerality. Ripe fruit with clearly vegetable aromas, some sandy tannins, suitable acidity, slightly covered on the palate, certain strength and persistence, minerality in the background, still young, a little drying, very good finish with a slight bitterness.
