The Riesling Kirchenstück begins intensely but finely, clear yellow fruit with green reflections, a touch of wood is still present, apricot and pear, with a hint of coconut, some lemon balm and smoky mint. Crunchy and gripping on the palate, the tart structure dominates, lime zest, as if you were chewing on Granny Smith peel, some green gooseberries, very intense and long, but the tart structure just blocks the minerality, some kiwi and lemon balm again.
