A darker lemon yellow appears in the glass. The nose enjoys a very complex play of aromas. The focus is on fruity accents of Williams pear, papaya and quince, accompanied by hazelnut and mushrooms. With more air, oriental spices are added. A juicy, full-bodied feeling develops in the mouth with a nice melt. The dry white wine has a well-integrated acidity and a medium body. The aftertaste is very long. This wine from the old grape variety Kidonitsa shows a lot of finesse and character.
