A blend of Grechetto and Chardonnay. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel basins; in barrique with batonage. Ageing for 9 months in Inox vats and barriques and 5 months in bottle. Fine toast and mineral aromas are chiselled to the lemon curd and brioche-like pastries. Dry yet pretty flavorful on the palate with a full body and a bright, zesty finish. The textured mid-palate is followed by a medium-long finish. A joy to drink now.
