José Pariente Winery, established in honor of grape grower José Pariente, has deep roots in the Rueda region of Spain, where it began producing artisanal white wines in the 1960s. Revitalized in 1997 by his daughter Victoria Pariente, the winery crafted its signature Verdejo, paying tribute to José’s legacy. Now in its third generation, Martina Prieto Pariente leads the technical direction. Located in Valladolid and Segovia, the winery employs meticulous winemaking techniques such as hand-harvesting and cold maceration. Renowned for quality and consistency, José Pariente wines are celebrated for their elegance, freshness, and complexity.
