With a storied history tracing back to the 15th century, Michel Gonet is one of Champagne's most renowned domaines specializing in exceptional, terroir-driven Chardonnay. The family originally from Beaujolais laid roots in the region's vineyards before establishing their Champagne house in the early 1800s. Each generation helped pave the way, with Michel Gonet playing a pivotal role by enlarging the cellars in Avize and redefining the winemaking in the 1970s.
