Black cherry, scorched earth, gravel, lavender and incense abound. Savory and driving in feel, the 2020 offers plenty of Serralunga intensity; it's a serious village-level Barolo. Ferdinando Principiano has been on a roll over the last few vintages, and this is another stellar set of new releases.
