Pale straw with green highlights. Focused aromas of jalapeno, nettle, lime zest, lemongrass and fresh herbs. A linear, pure wine with clean flavours of currants, gooseberry and citrus. Finishes savoury, crisp and dry. Very enjoyable when young and fresh.
