This pure Atlantic Albariño comes from a 40 year old vineyard, very close to the ocean in the Val de Salnés. All grapes are hand picked and harvested at optimal ripeness. Practices are with respect for nature and use of sulfites is limited to the bare minimum. The wine ripens 5 months on its fine lees. These results in a classic ocean-Albariño, with great aromatic richness and the characteristic salinity in the aftertaste.
