Roger Sabon

Domaine Roger Sabon was established in 1952 and is now managed by Roger's sons Denis and Gilbert. Jean-Jacques, and his son-in-law Didier Negron who is the current winemaker.

The Domaine's size has gradually increased over the years, with 18 hectares in Chateauneuf du Pape, 8 hectares in Lirac, and 8 hectares in Côtes-du-Rhône. They also possess a few parcels in the famous Le Crau.

While Roger Sabon's terroir, with its high concentration of sand and limestone, has traditionally favored a more ethereal and delicate type of Châteauneuf, Didier's cellar adjustments have accentuated these attributes - the wines have never been more engaging and exquisite.
