From the Barossa, Château Tanunda Grand Barossa 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a youthful and expressive Cab with ripe blackberry, black currant, earthy florals, savoury herb, cracked pepper and bright acidity on the palate. Tannins are firm. The wine was aged up to 18 months in French oak barrels. Chateau Tanunda is Australia's oldest Chateau with vines planted in 1845. The winery has been privately owned by the Geber family for more than a century. Drink or cellar to 2030.
