A collaboration between two sommelier friends and Michel Gonet the 2016 Rajat Parr & Marco Pelletier Brut Nature Blanc de Blanc Les Compères was disgorged May 2021 and derives from old vines in Mesnil sur Oger lieu-dit Les Hautes Mottes. Offering up aromas of citrus oil toasted almonds freshly baked bread green apple and white flowers it's medium to full-bodied pillowy and incisive with a racy spine of acidity lovely depth of fruit and a long electric finish.
