The limpid coral-copper tones, with shades of onion skin, are traversed by cords of small, very fine and permanent bubbles. The subtlety of its aromas are reminiscent of floral notes and candied fruits. A wide and refreshing sensation remains in the mouth and denotes the lively trace of its magnificent acidity and the soft aftertaste of dried fruits (hazelnut).
