The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Ben Marco from Los Arboles, Uco Valley was aged for 11 months in French barrels. A dark garnet red in the glass. The expressive aromas feature redcurrant, herbs, paprika and gentle roasted red pepper notes with a whiff of menthol. In the mouth, the tannins are reactive with a medium body and firm expression before the bold, flavorful finish.
