Clarete wines of Ribera del Duero are blends of red and white grapes. Here is a mix of Tempranillo and Abillo both grown organically. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, no sulfites added during ferment or aging. A red that can be chilled, impeccably flavored and astutely balanced.
