The NV Brut Nature Les Vignes de Mon Village is a powerful, distinctive wine that shows the essence of Meunier in the Brut Nature style. Pear, chamomile and dried flowers all flesh out in an intense, vinous Champagne that only blossoms with a few hours of aeration. The Vignes de Mon Village is certainly an intriguing wine, but the decision to bottle with no dosage yields a decidedly start, at times austere, Champagne.
