It impresses further by mixing textures of pure silk with cooling acids and minerals. Potent, dark red fruits stain the entire palate in primary concentration. Sweet tannins gently frame the wine throughout the long and dramatic finale, as wild nuances of sour cherry, plums and tangerine linger on and on. Dora Forsoni has taken things to a whole new level here. The hardest part will be keeping our hands off the 2019 Vino Nobile long enough to watch it fully mature.
