A Bergère is a high quality grower Champagne house based in the Côtes des Blancs region. Their Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made from 100% Chardonnay, part barrel-fermented with low dosage. Powerful and flavour some with layers of ripe peach, nuts and minerals, underpinned by crisp acidity on the long, complex multi-layered finish.
