The cultivation takes place according to natural methods, without the use of herbicides, and the harvest is practiced manually; the refinement lasts a total of twenty months, and takes place in oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle. Delicately scented with rose petals, spices and berries, it has an excellent structure, as well as a pleasant flavor and minerality.
