This incredible Albariño is clean yellow on appearance followed by wonderful aromas. It has complex notes of ripe apricot and peach, white flowers and a delicious buttery salinity which is perfectly balanced with fresh acidity. Crisp minerality and peppery notes on the finish. It is a powerful wine with great intensity and depth yet a delightful lingering elegance. The body is full and round with 6 months on lees including some batonnage giving a full and rich texture.
