From clay soils, no added sulfites, just the heart of the press, raised in concrete eggs. A hint of apple on the nose with bright citrus fruit, showing some exotic citrus and pear fruity, as well as lovely mineral detail around the fringes of the palate. Stony, vivid and quite exotic, this is very appealing.
