A slow fermentation in stainless steel and concrete for 3 months. Aged on the lees in vats for 8 months. Fresh on both the nose and palate that gives a sense of vibrancy to the wine. The bouquet wafts from the glass in a fine blend of apple, peach, a touch of toastiness, spring flowers and citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright and nicely delineated, with sound acidity and good length on the finish.
