Whole cluster and concrete ferment make this fresh and red fruit driven on the nose, but the red fruit never turns tart on the palate. Dark black cherry, red plums, dusty strawberry, red currants, dried roses and just enough tannins to push it over the edge from quaffable to totally amazing.
