Fresh, agile and pristine nose with rich cherries, flowers, strawberries and white pepper. A hint of cumin, too. This is a succulent, medium-bodied expression of garnacha, framed by nicely chewy tannins. From organically grown grapes. Very delicious now, but you can hold a year, to allow the firm fruit tannin to soften more.
