This is the gateway to the world of PerSe. A 100% malbec that has 15,600 bottles, very high production by the winery's standards. This year, as usual, it is a wine exuberant in red fruits and flowers, and the palate is tense, marked by firm tannins that have a lot to do with that chalky sensation that limestone gives. The finish is floral and long. The monks of the Cristo Orante monastery, about 1,400 meters above sea level in Gualtallary, planted the first vineyards in 2008. And from those vineyards PerSe obtains Inseparable. It is a selection of two hectares of malbec in the flattest areas with sandy and calcareous gravel on the winery's property in this corner in the north of the Uco Valley.
